Jams and Preserves
Our honey is harvested right here on Horncastle Farm, cared for by Wakefield beekeeper Mark, whose expert hands ensure the hives are managed with skill, respect, and a deep understanding of the bees’ natural rhythms.
Every jar reflects the flavours of our farm – wildflowers, hedgerows, clover, and the changing seasons – producing a raw, unblended honey with a richness and depth you can only get from small-scale British beekeeping.
Our bees forage freely across the farm, helping pollinate our fields and supporting the wider countryside. By choosing our honey, you’re supporting local beekeeping, British agriculture, and the vital work of protecting the UK’s pollinators.
Drizzle it over yoghurt, stir into tea, bake into cakes, or enjoy straight from the spoon – however you use it, you’ll taste the difference in every drop.
