Our Christmas turkeys are KellyBronze – the nation’s premium traditional breed – known for exceptional flavour, natural marbling, and slower-grown tenderness. Each bird is either raised here on our family farm or sourced from trusted local British producers who share our high-welfare values. This ensures every turkey has lived well, with room to roam, forage, and behave naturally.

For the best results, cook your turkey until the thickest part of the breast or thigh reaches 75°C – the UK Food Standards Agency’s safe internal temperature for poultry. When the juices run clear and the meat is fully cooked through, let your bird rest in a cosy tinfoil tent while you enjoy a pre-dinner drink. Resting keeps the meat tender and juicy, so your KellyBronze turkey carves beautifully.
